Group Discount

  1. Groups of 50 or more registrations from one organization qualify for a discount. The discounted group fee per user for one full year of access to IBABC HyperArticles is $59.00 plus HST ($66.08).
  2. Please ensure you have determined the total number of memberships you would like to purchase. It is not necessary to provide a list of users.
  3. On receipt of payment for all memberships, Circle Learning will issue coupon codes to your organization - one code per user. Each code will provide immediate membership access for one user when entered on the registration page in the space provided. Each code can only be used once. Codes may be used at any time within one year from the date of purchase. Each membership will be valid for one year from the date of user registration and entry of the code for access to IBABC HyperArticles.
  4. All users must be IBABC members to be registered - membership will be verified when each user registers with their coupon.

Payments By Cheque

If you are registering three (3) or more users from your organization simultaneously, you may choose to pay by cheque rather than registering for immediate access using a credit card. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your users are properly registered.

Required Information

  1. All users must be IBABC members to be registered
  2. Please provide the name, email address and phone number of the primary contact for these registrations
  3. For each user you must provide the following information:
    1. First and Last Name
    2. A valid email address
    3. A desired Login Name (User ID) - This must be 4 or more characters in length and
      may only contain small letters, numbers, and the underscore '_'
    4. A Password - This must be 4 or more characters in length
    5. IBABC License Number - If the user does not have a license number please contact IBABC for additional information

Payment Information

The fee per user for one full year of access to IBABC HyperArticles is $69.00 plus HST ($77.28). Please make your cheque payable to Circle Learning Inc. (a $25 fee applies to dishonoured cheques).

Registration Process

It will take 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive your cheque and information to register your users and activate their accounts. The one year access period will begin on the date your user accounts are activated. We will advise the primary contact on the date that the accounts are activated. It will be the primary contact's responsibility to let users know that their accounts are set-up.
